I’ve just spent the past two days reading 237 chapters of Gantz… beloved Gantz.

Haha, you know, I don’t draw girls too much, but I really love them. Loli-style has to be my favourite, because it’s easy to make them adorable. It’s fun to make up cutesy costumes and draw things that I would wear if I were more brave or crazy. If I were a guy, I’d totally be into super cute girls and I’d end up being a pervert… Not that I’m not now.

Working on my inks because I can. You know, I used to hate using pen, now I use it all the time! I’ve got a couple of other inks I’ll upload soon enough. Maybe I’ll even colour something…?

Anyhow, I wanted to bring focus to this wonderful piece of One Piece fanart, that one of my favourite artists ever has created. When I saw this I simultaniously vomited and crapped my pants with the sheer joy of how friggin’ amazing it is. Everyone, whether you love One Piece as you should or not, go, go now! Naruto 318: OMJeezus!!! *explodes* Kishimoto reintroduced Izumo and Kotetsu!!? Everyone remember those super cute Jounin from the very beginning of the series who all fangirls immediately thought were an item? AHAHAHAHAHAHA! And they’re still adorable and (obviously) still together!. Lol, such joy!

Aha! So I’m fiddling around with some new plug-ins and a different way to display my gallery. Enjoy this little piece of SanZoro goodness while I work on that, ne? Anyhow, the full-sized images are now smaller than before, but the display is prettier. I was finding it annoying to hop from image in post - to image in gallery - then finally to full-sized pop-up, yeesh! I’ve even gotten rid of the gallery slides! Now it goes straight from thumb to full-size, much much nicer! Lightbox is a gorgeous little thing! Soon enough I’m gonna add a page in the about section listing the plug-ins I use in my blog. Anyhow, I may change the size of the thumbnails one o’ these days… soon.

Wow, the new DA is friggin’ sexy looking… I’m almost tempted to start posting stuff there again… almost. As it is, I’m having a lot of fun just playing with my blog. Still, it’s pretty quiet around here, it’d be nice to start bugging other people again, lol.

By the way, I went ahead and upgraded to the latest Wordpress which was painless and uneventful. Did anyone notice I added a “Bgm” part to posts? I’d wanted to do this for a while, when I discovered it was retardedly easy to implement, so yeah. I need to start colouring more crap… or actually finish what I colour, eheh.

So, I’m heading off to the States tomorrow for a week! Hurrah! I get to visit my grandpappy, not to mention go sho~pping!! ♥♥♥ Anyhow, since I will have zero access to the internet/computers for what turns out to be almost the entire length of my vacation, have this delicious coloured version of the SanZoro loving! Here’s the second part as well which I will totally colour when I get back. See y’all in a week!

Hell’s yes! Who’s back a tad earlier than expected? I am I am! Anyhow, it looks like there’s not much to catch up on, just a hello hello to let people know I’m alive and kicking. Jersey was great as usual… well, despite the numerous arguments between my father and older brother (butting bulls). Anyhow, I finished two novels, did no drawing at all, ended up spending a hundred bucks on clothes, another hundred on video games, and finally 15 on a new bag. I have to say, my impressions of the States were pretty good. Being in a small town, everyone there was super friendly! Which is so not the case in Toronto (big city in which I live )… although I guess that depends on where you are… or something. Anyhow, clothing was cheaper even with the exchange, and the lack of tax was phenominal. Food was more expensive strangely enough… not fast food, or junk food which were dirt cheap, but groceries, particularly fresh fruit, vegetables and cereal. The prices were a little insane in some cases, I nearly had a heart attack. Overall the trip was wonderful, but all in all I’m so glad to be back. I’ve missed the internets so hard!

…But right I’m off to start some new games, so ciao bellas!

Whew! I was totally in a rush this morning, so I didn’t make an actual journal. I was running late for a day of fun and adventure, so I uploaded this and ran. I’m starting to make it my goal to post something daily, hopefully art most of the time, just to prove that I can. I usually give up on journal’s and the like pretty quickly, so that said, I think I’m doing extremely well right now.

Anyhow, I miss DA and Y!Gallery… So many wonderful people to talk to and get feedback from. I don’t know if I should feel embarassed or not for returning after such a long hiatus though. Probably a little… But it’s alright I suppose. Maybe I should give the daily posting here a little more time, so that it actually forms into a habit. They say three weeks is all you need. Or was it three months…? Ah well, all I know is that this break from working has allowed me to flourish in my artistic endeavours… Makes me not want to go back, you know? Lol, like that’ll ever happen.

Anyhow spent today playing D&D all day! It was a lot of fun, I wish M could’ve come, but I can understand her not being able to (and not really wanting to since she hasn’t played in forever). But it was still lots of fun, I want to do it again. Whatever, I’m totally going to Pandemonium this year, and staying at the hotel. I’ll be in school by then, but I think I can miss one day or so.

Anyhow it’s past midnight now, and I shouldn’t edit the timestamp on this post to keep it on the 19th but I will anyway because it’s neater that way. I’m gonna get up early tomorrow (7:30 should be perfect), and work my ass off. My back was hurting pretty badly today, and I realize I haven’t done any back exercises compared to my weeks of a lot of abdominable exercises which equals back pain and the possibility of throwing my back. If you don’t exercise the opposite muscle group (that’d be the lower back-ish area to the abs), one is going to end up to strong and pull the other out of wack. So NO pain for me. I suffered from back pain for years as a teen when I tore my shoulder from wearing a too heavy backpack and it sucks. It still doesn’t work properly, always making that strange little grinding noise… ew, lol. Bedtime now bedtime! I’m super wired though… too much caffeine.

So cute things! I must colour this one soon! Although Sanji’s hair is way to big… and I’ve already gone ahead and edited it.

Good lord my back is killing me today… blast you exercise. Bedtime for me now, because… well… my vacation is over. *cries* I’m thinking of shifting to part time work instead.

LOL! I’m actually still working on that kid!SanZoro picture from a while ago, I just took a break with this quick drawing. It’s almost done and coming along so nicely!! I’m really happy with it so far, I just need to finish off Sanji’s clothes…

HAHA! Finally she is complete! I’ve spent time on and off for the past few days trying to finish this off, and it’s finally done! I’d like to thank my temporary lack of an internet connection for allowing me to kick my buttocks into gear and not be distracted by either One Piece or Naruto gay porn. It’s like the stars are on my side or something…

Alright! Uploaded some stuff to DA today, and made a random oekaki which I enjoy! I totally need to draw more of my 7th characters. Put their characters together some more and whatnot. I think I have a working idea going, but I need to sit down and hash things out a bit more. More on this later…
